Membership

We invite you to become a member of the Ogden Surgical-Medical Society. The Society has a long-standing history of service to our medical community. It is our goal for members to receive a collegial, professional experience focused on healthcare and community at the greatest possible value.
  1. Membership dues are: $300 for physicians, $200 for mid-level providers, $150 for retired members, and $100 for nurses and residents.

  2. Dues include the following benefits:

    1. Attendance at a three-day conference that includes breakfast and lunch.

    2. The opportunity to hear national speakers in a local setting along with other community medical professionals.

    3. CME Accreditation. The Ogden Surgical-Medical Society designates CME Category Credits towards the AMA's Physician Recognition Award at the annual meetings.

    4. Annual CME designation awards up to 25 credits for the three-day meeting.

    5. Spouses and guests may also register by purchasing a membership, or purchase individual meal tickets (B=$15)( L=$25), individual credits may be purchased @ ($25/per hour).

    6. A copy of the syllabus (DVD)

    7. You can download an audio of the conference off this website after the conference.
