A. Stabilize conference budgeting by utilizing a fixed formula to determine the amount of endowment funds available for use each year.
i. 5 year average return minus 2% (not including 2008).
B. Offer sponsorships of individual conference sessions.
C. Offer exhibit sites for advertising.
D. Apply for available educational grants.
E. Improve financial stability by increasing the Endowment Fund.
F. Seek partners that can help expand the event.
G. Earn national recognition as a provider of medical education.
